1. Service Description

Mastermaind is an AI-powered enterprise analytics platform that provides professional tools for IT troubleshooting, process automation analysis, document analysis (RAG), natural language SQL queries, and AI-powered chat. Our service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) for analysis and text generation.

2. Access & Demo Usage

The platform provides demo access to its AI tools with daily usage limits. No account registration is required for demo features. Demo features are intended for evaluation purposes and to demonstrate the platform's capabilities.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Usage Limits

Demo features have daily usage limits (e.g. 5 analyses per day per tool), tracked via browser storage. These limits reset daily. Attempting to circumvent usage limits through technical means is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mastermaind to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Submit malicious code, exploits, or harmful payloads for analysis
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
  • Automate requests or circumvent usage limits

5. Content & Data Processing

Your inputs (logs, process descriptions, documents, queries) are processed via Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Input data is not permanently stored on our servers and is only transmitted to Anthropic for the duration of processing.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, API keys, or confidential business information through the demo tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mastermaind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • AI-generated analysis accuracy or suitability
  • Business decisions made based on our outputs
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
